The service operates nationwide with various franchise partners and mobile wash units, each with different opening hours, service areas, and capacities. The challenge was to create a fast and seamless booking experience for users while dynamically managing a complex backend logic that handles locations, time slots, wash types, franchise boundaries, mobile availability, and buffer times.
A multi-variable booking system was developed, evaluating the user’s position, the availability of stations, and the selected service in real time.
For mobile washes, the system also considers service zones, franchise territorial rights, workload balance of mobile units, and automatic buffer times.
The entire platform was designed to guide users through the booking process in under one minute, with full mobile optimization.
